shared meeting and agenda example template board

Sometimes you just need a simple solution.  Meetings with a planned, but shared agenda are more engaging.

Visually tracking the agenda, action items and decisions taken keeps the team focused and engaged.

Pro Tips:

  1. Use the Hide Columns feature on the Column Menu to archive old meeting agendas.
  2. If there are team goals for a particular period, you may want to create a card with those goals, and move it forward in time each week (or month) to keep top of mind.
